2. Authenticity & Hanteo / Circle Chart Reflection

All K-Pop albums, lightsticks, and official merchandise sold on SEOULKPOPSTORE are 100% official and authentic products sourced directly from South Korea. All album sales strictly count toward the official Korean music charts (Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart).

3. Products & Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

4. Shipping & Custom Duties

We ship worldwide directly from Seoul, South Korea. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged items. Unboxing video proof may be required for replacement or refund claims for defective items.
